Q: What budget do your typical clients have?

A: Most of our clients have a starting budget of $20,000 for their wedding and $15,000 for private events at a venue.

Q: What is the typical size of your events?

A: Most of our events are between 50 and 200 guests, but we are open to working with you for your specific needs.

Q: Can you recommend vendors for my event?

A: Yes, we have recommended vendors that we have worked with in the past and do a wonderful job for our clients! During our meetings or calls, we can get you in touch with the right people for what you need.

Q: Can you help me with etiquette?

A: Yes, our experts can certainly help you with etiquette as well as navigating tricky situations. We are here to help you with whatever you need.

Q: What does wedding planning cost in your area?

A: Wedding planning services can start around $1,000 and go up to $20,000 in this area based on the size of the company, amount of staff needed, and the level of detail needed for events. Check out our information packet for the different packages we offer and what all is included in each.

Q: How many of your staff will be at my event?

A: We base our staffing on the size of your event and how much setup is required. Most of our events have 3 staff there all day to oversee your event, coordinate your timeline, and help with setup and breakdown. We typically arrive 5 hours before an event begins to start setting up.

Q: What will your staff wear during my event?

A: Our staff will change before the event begins into professional all black so we blend into the background. If you’re having guests wear a specific color, we are happy to accommodate.

Q: Does your team set up decorations that I bring or purchase myself?

A: Yes, our team will gladly setup your decorations, such as signage, linens, place settings, etc. During our planning process, we will go over all of your décor items and determine exactly what you need done. Please note that we are not a florist company and our staff does not have the time to create floral arrangements or garland for your event. If you need this, you should hire a florist who will deliver and set up for you or put someone else in charge to make these. We will be busy before the event getting everything else ready for guests.
