All of our packages come with floorplans, timelines, and vendor coordination. Our staff will take care of full setup, coordination, and breakdown on the day of your event so you can relax and enjoy each moment with your guests.
Our Process
We love making new friends, so we start our process with a simple meeting. Here we’ll get to know you and see what all you’ve done and what you need help with. We’ll get started helping you find the right vendors and make decisions. We will book an on-site meeting to see the space and design the event of your dreams! Our team will create your floorplans, seating charts, and timelines and coordinate your vendors and rentals. Our process is flexible depending on your location and schedule. We want to accommodate all of our clients and make this process easy for you!
Weddings
We offer several levels of wedding planning service, including day-of coordination, partial planning, and full service planning. These can begin 6 months to one year out from your event. You will plan out all of the details with our lead planner, Kat, and our team will be there the entire day of your event to execute every detail.
Private Parties
We also offer planning and coordination of private parties such as showers, engagement parties, and open house events. We can help you with rentals, decorations, catering, and entertainment. Contact us for special pricing for your event.
Corporate
